Orders are shipped 1-2 times per week, except on shop breaks & national holidays. Shipping from the Netherlands. Normal delivery times: EU 1-2 weeks & other countries in 2-4 weeks, but might sometimes take up to 4 months. You can add tracking to your order at the checkout. With tracked mail you can ask for a refund from your local post & are also insured with Etsy Purchase Protection in case the order gets lost or damaged in mail. Orders shipped without tracking are done at your own risk. Most untracked orders come either with NO tracking or with a light tracking number, however you usually can't use this tracking number to track your order fully as it's only an administration number my post uses internally. ! US SHIPPING: I'm now shipping DDP (duties paid) to US again and all orders (except stickers) have both duties and tracking included in the shipping price ^^

If your order doesn’t arrive, please contact your local post provider first. If you added tracked shipping your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email & in the purchases page on Etsy. If you can’t figure out with the help of your post office where your package is, please reach out to me and I will try to help. Remember to reach out before the tracking expires and include your order number! I don't refund orders lost in mail that were shipped with untracked shipping & orders with tracking marked as delivered.

Orders coming back to me

If your order gets delivered back to me because the post was unable to deliver the package to the address you provide (or for other reason that is due to you - for example refusing to pay tariffs/taxes/duties etc at border) & you want me to deliver your order to you again, I unfortunately need to ask you to pay for shipping costs again. If you want a refund instead of resend, I'll refund the items minus shipping (this also applies to orders shipped for free as I still have needed to pay shipping out of my pocket for these orders).

Gift orders outside EU

All orders outside EU (including gifts) have prices shown in the customs form & orders are never marked as a gift, this is unfortunately required. Invoices are however always digital & not added inside the packages.

Environmental friendly packaging

I'm striving to keep most of my packaging as environmental friendly as possible :) At the moment I'm using for example paper/cardboard mailers, paper bags, tissue paper & paper/eco plastic packaging stickers. The only non environmental friendly items I'm using are cellophane bags + plastic mailers for some items that needs it (to keep them safe from damage) & reused bubblewrap.

EU + WORLD VAT / customs fees

EU: I'm shipping from EU, so no fees needed to be paid at border. US: Shipping DDP (duties paid) to US and all orders have duties included in the shipping price UK, Singapore, Norway, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland: I can use Etsy's VAT/IOSS numbers, so you pay VAT in front and no extra fees should be needed to be paid at border. Countries outside of this list may be subject to customs fees. Please check the info from your local postal company. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Where are your products coming from / shipped from

All of my items originate from either Japan or the Netherlands (with the exemption of the omamori mini cards, which originate from South Korea). This is subject to change when I add new items to my store. You can check the info in the listing description (if there's no "Made in" info, the item is assembled in the Netherlands). All orders are shipped from the Netherlands (EU).
