Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

We do accept returns 7 days timeframe. Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept any exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests

All artificial flower arrangements should only be dust cleaned by either using duster, or hair blow dryer on cool set

Why is shipping expensive?

Our pieces are oversized, carefully packed, and shipping via insured international couriers.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or paying any customs charges or tax. Please make sure you check this before ordering. The customs charge price varies from country to country and depending on the value of the item. This is usually for EU countries.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Shipping: Please contact me before ordering if you have specific due date. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct.If your Etsy shipping address in different from Paypal address, I would expect to hear from buyer within 3 working days, otherwise the item would be shipped to the address given during Etsy checkout. For UK small Items We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service. For Larger Item its Parcelforce 48hr service. (Tracked and Signed) For all worldwide deliveries its Parcelforce Worldwide Service. If you wish to upgrade for faster shipping, please message us before and let us know.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

S Design Floral is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages.

Do you offer discount on Bulk Orders?

Yes we do, once you provide us with the information and quantity, we can work out the costs and offer a discount!
