Wrong Address Provided

Please contact us ASAP to update your address details. Any updates received within 12 hours of placing your order will be processed and the address amended. However, if its after 12 hours of placing the order we will try our best to get the address updated. Unfortunately this will not always be possible as the order may already have been dispatched. If the package gets returned to us for an incorrect address, we will be happy to resend it out to the correct address.

What is your processing time?

Processing times vary depending on the item, but most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer. Check the item description for specific details. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are provided by the carrier. Once an order has shipped, transit times are outside our control.

Do you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

We can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date, as shipping timelines are controlled by the carrier. If you’re ordering for a specific occasion, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow for production and transit time.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the item you received, please contact us with a photo of the problem. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please double-check your size, colour, garment style, and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t entered production yet. Once an order is in production, we’re unable to make changes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, colour, garment choice, or address details provided at checkout. If there’s a quality issue or an error with your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

My tracking hasn’t updated yet, should I be worried?

Sometimes tracking shows “label created” or “package data sent” before the carrier completes their first scan. This is normal and updates usually appear once the package is scanned into the carrier’s system. If tracking hasn’t updated after several business days, please reach out and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

My order says delivered but I can’t find it

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend: -Checking with anyone else at the address who may have collected the package -Checking nearby or shared mailboxes and secure locations -Contacting the carrier directly and asking them to confirm the delivery using their GPS scan data If the package still can’t be located, you can open a missing mail inquiry with the carrier. If they confirm in writing (such as by email or case update) that the package was lost or misdelivered, please share that confirmation with us and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
