If you're ordering a wearable item, I will contact you to double check that you have selected the correct size. I will ask for the age of the recipient, if a baby/toddler/child size has been selected. I want your order to be perfect, and making sure your selection is correct is very important to me.

Wearables should be hand washed,and laid flat to dry. Plush items should be hand washed, and laid flat to dry. I do NOT recommend machine washing OR tumble drying.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping.

I ship daily, and pack orders from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday, CDT. Occasionally, our mail carrier arrives before I get the days mail completely packed. If your order happens to be one that didn't make it out, I will notify you that your order will go out the next day. Please please please, remember that Etsy's estimated shipping times are an average, quoted directly from USPS. It can take an extra day or 2, especially if there is a weekend inside that estimate.

Felt items are typically applied to the item with hot glue. The heat from the hot glue activates the Heat n Bond fusible adhesive and creates a strong adhesive bond.

Handwashing is recommended, air dry only.

All items are made in a smoke free area.

Felt eyes, noses, mouths, eyelashes, cheeks should never be attached to plushies, stuffed animals, blanket or anything intended for a child under 3 years old. Felt accessories, such as those name above, as well as plastic safety eyes, are a choking hazard. The only option for children under 3 would be embroidered details.
