Since we do not have H24 service, we estimate an approximate time that can range from 1 hour to a maximum of 8 hours due to the different time zone factor that may exist between the buyer and the place where the service representatives reside.

WILL I GET INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE MOCKUPS?

Yes, in all PDF files and present a Google Drive link from which you can directly access all the files present "PSD and JPG" in addition there is a video that will explain all the steps to use the PSD. The use of the mockups is simple.

HOW BIG ARE THE FILES?

Because each PSD file may have custom features in the mockup, the files tend to be larger than usual. You can expect files to be between 50-300 MB in size per file.

CAN I USE THE PRODUCT OR PARTS OF IT IN MY OWN PRODUCTS AND SELL THEM?

You can use the set to create & display images for your social media, your blog, your shop and product presentation on Etsy or other online shops or pages and general preview purpose. No. You're not allowed to resell the set or parts of the set.
