Vintage Bucilla square decorator pillow kit #2033 "Framed Butterfly" from the 70's. The kit is in excellent vintage condition with all contents present although the plastic bag has some rips to the outside. There are no odors and the crewel yarns remain supple as seen through the back. The zipper and needle have no rust.

The colors are spot on for this pillow kit - the vibrant golden yellow fabric has the intensity of the 70's as well as the yarns. The box shape of the pattern lends itself to the most of the kits during that timeline. I have worked another kit with this fabric and it has just a fantastic feel to it.

Contents: stamped decorator fabric of 94% rayon and 6% silk for pillow top and back, 100 Orlon Acrylic yarns, six strand cotton floss, Vel-Tex nylon piping zipper, needle and instructions.
