Although I haven't tasted the enjera yet, I am impressed with the shipping time (it arrived a lot earlier than stated!) and the packaging! I've put them in my freezer until I need it! I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it and can't wait until I make another Ethiopian dish! I'm still learning!
