Can I get a shipping discount if I buy two or more items?

Yes! We use eco-friendly packaging, and if you order two or more items, I’ll gladly combine them in one box and adjust the shipping cost if they can be shipped in one box. If the system doesn’t automatically apply the discount, just message me before shipment—I’ll update the charges for you.

Are the crafts lead-free? Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Absolutely! All my pieces are crafted with non-toxic, lead-free glazes and are food safe. These ceramics are made to be part of your everyday life - so feel free to use them just like your favorite ones! Enjoy :)

Why does shipping take longer than usual?

Here's the thing - every piece is lovingly handmade, and we only keep limited stock, especially for custom products. Most items need about 10 days to create before shipping on their journey across the ocean to you. But good things take time. A perfect mug is absolutely worth waiting for :)

What if I want to return or exchange?

If you’re thinking about returning something, just drop us a message first — we’ll do our best to make it right. For custom items, we can only accept returns for quality issues. Thanks so much for understanding!

Can you provide gift wrapping and a handwritten card?

Yes! We offer elegant gift box packaging and personalized message services (in English). Simply: 1 Select the gift wrap option at checkout. 2 Message us your custom note (we'll handwrite it beautifully!). 3 Your thoughtful gift will arrive ready to delight!

🍀Color Tone🍁🍂🎄
Inspired by South Korea's Jeju Island basalt coast. The glaze resembles waves crashing against volcanic rock; the deep gray body is the slumbering basalt, while the glaze gently bleeds into a misty blue of dawn. The overall cool tone offers a serene and refined aesthetic.

Size: 7.1 fl oz, and 4.7*3.5*3.1 inches (length, width, height)

🍶Artistry & Craft Details🍵
The teacups are crafted using high-temperature kiln firing, where glazes flow, crystallize, and transform, creating unique and dynamic glaze surfaces.

Hope you enjoy the cup I’ve created for you! 💐🌞🌊
