Where can I request personalizations?

The fastest way to request a personalization is to send me a message via Etsy messages! Otherwise, you can easily leave personalization details in "NOTE TO SELLER" section upon checkout. Mugs that do not have personalization options listed in the product description can still be personalized upon request. Just sent over the message and I'll do my best to accommodate within reason! :)

I am based in North Carolina, USA which is Eastern Standard Time. If you send over a message, expect a response within 1 business day between the hours of 8 AM - 5 PM EST.

Can I view a preview of my order?

If you have asked for a customization of a specific product, I will be sending you a preview of the product before it is sent to production to make sure you don't need any additional adjustments. Previews of non-personalized products are not available.

All our products are made-to-order, so returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you encounter problems such as misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please contact us within 3 weeks from the date of receipt. For such issues, provide clear photographs for evidence. Should your item get lost in transit, notify us within 3 weeks following the estimated delivery date. For orders lost over 10 business days (35 for international), we'll replace it for free. If an order is returned due to a wrong or insufficient address provided, you are responsible for the reshipment fee. There's a 7-day window for reshipment upon package return. Note: Full refunds won't be given for incorrect addresses, only partial refunds may be available.

Marked as Delivered: If the package is marked "delivered" but isn't found, it's your responsibility to contact the local delivery service. We'll assist from our side, but replacement costs may not be covered.

Changes & Cancellations

Notify us immediately if you need changes or cancellations. Quick communication increases the chances of accommodating requests. Note: We reserve the right to decline modification requests.

Returning or Replacing a Custom Order

We generally don't offer returns or exchanges for custom orders. However, we strive to find a fair solution, which might include a discounted replacement or, in rare cases, a return where the buyer covers return shipping.

When Can I Expect My Product?

Great question!! Normally, my products (whether it be mug, shirt, sweatshirt, etc.) have a standard processing time of 2-6 days. It doesn't always take the full 6 days but sometimes it does depending on my supply & order queue. After processing, your made-to-order product will be shipped with a 2-5 business day shipping standard within the United States. Any delays in arrival of your order after your order has shipped is the fault of the postal service. Outside of the US, it will take a bit longer with a window of 10-30 business days, but normally it doesn't take the full 30 days to arrive. You can always reach out to ask me where your product(s) is in the production process. I am always happy to help!
