All items are handmade to order. Our current processing time is 3-5 business days before shipment. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for large orders. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

My package arrived and I realized I made a mistake on the spelling of my customized wording?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please ensure that all details (such as names and dates) are correct when placing your order. We are happy to work with you on any customization requests prior to production.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to us. While we are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped, we will do our best to help locate or resolve the issue with the shipping carrier.
