Resizing your artwork is easy using most online print services. Simply upload the largest file size provided and use the platform’s built-in resize or auto-fit tools. You can reposition or crop the image to suit your layout before printing. Aspect ratios matter. Files can be resized without cropping as long as the aspect ratio stays the same (for example, 2:3 sizes like 12x18" or 20x30"). Printing at a different ratio (such as 16x20") will require light cropping to maintain image quality — never stretching or distortion. All available sizes and ratios are shown in the listing images. If you’re unsure which size to choose, just message me — I’m happy to help.

Custom and personalised orders

In each listing description there is a list of sizes. If you don't see the size you are looking for then please contact me and I will try to accomodate you. Many of my images can be printed in larger sizes as the resolution is excellent, but please check with me first. If you’re interested in a pet customisation, please message me before purchasing so we can confirm suitability, timing, and any reference photos needed.

What kind of paper should I choose?

For most home printers and print shops, a heavyweight textured matte paper or cardstock is a great, budget-friendly choice. For a more premium look, choose archival fine art paper with a light watercolour or linen texture — this gives the most authentic, vintage-style finish. You can also print on rolled or stretched canvas if offered by your print provider. If available, ask for giclée printing, a high-quality process that produces sharper detail and richer tones.

Download digital files as a "Guest" / No Etsy account

If you checked out as a guest, your download link is included in the receipt email sent to you after purchase. If you can’t find it, please check your spam or junk folder. Gmail users should also check the Social and Promotions tabs. If you paid using Apple Pay or signed in with an Apple ID and can’t find your order or receipt email, this is usually due to Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature. When this option is selected, Apple creates a random email address that Etsy uses to send your receipt and download link. This means the email may not appear in your usual inbox. To access your order, try logging into Etsy.com using a web browser (not the Etsy app). If you still can’t locate your purchase, please message me or contact Etsy Support for help.

Downloading digital files

To access your digital files: Sign in to Etsy.com using a web browser (not the Etsy app). Go to Purchases and reviews (etsy.com/your/purchases). Select Download Files next to your order. This will download a PDF containing the link to your artwork files. On mobile browsers: tap the small grey arrow next to the order to access the download page. Etsy will also send a separate download notification email, which may arrive apart from your payment receipt. ⚠️ Important: Digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy app. To download on a phone or tablet, you must use Etsy.com in your mobile browser.

Can I return a physical print?

I gladly accept returns for physical (unframed) prints if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please message me within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so I can help resolve it. Because each print is made to order, I’m unable to accept returns for buyer’s remorse (for example, changed your mind or ordered the wrong size).
