Candle and Wax Melt Safety

Never leave a candle burning or hot wax unattended. Please do not burn candles for longer periods than 4 hours at a time. Never burn a candle near anything that can catch fire. Do not leave candles near fans, vents, or drafts. Do not leave candles unattended around children or pets. Please remove any flammable items from candles BEFORE lighting them. All my wicks come trimmed; therefore, you do not have to trim them before lighting To prevent fire or injury, please remove wax melts from the packaging before use. Use only tea-light warmers OR UL electric warmers approved for wax melts. Do not leave the melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Allergic Reactions and Sensitivities

All of my products are handmade. Some fragrance oils may use synthetic fragrances, but they are always skin-safe. Normally, people do not have problems with any of the natural or synthetic options I put in my bath products. But since our bodies are always a mystery and ever-changing, if you or anyone is allergic or has an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients I list, please do not buy them and/or discontinue the use of said product, and consult a medical professional. My home is smoke-free and dog-free. I am, however, the mom of 2 cats. If you are allergic to cats, please be aware before purchasing my products.

Care Instructions and Buyer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the buyer to use this product as explicitly stated. Choosing to use my products for their non-intended purposes, resulting in an unlikely result, is on the buyer. My products are for external use only. I do not make claims to treat or cure any types of illnesses, diseases, or health conditions with said products. If you have ANY medical issues and are unaware if my products will affect you or those who surround you, please err on the side of caution and do not purchase or use my products. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or on any medications, please consult your doctor or medical professional before using my products.

All of my products are handmade in small batches. I try my best to replicate each product exactly the same as the last but with some products, it is impossible to get them exact. Shipping will also affect the product depending on temperature. Once it is shipped it is out of my hands. Rest assured that every effort will be made to ensure that your item arrives to you as closely as possible as represented in the photo, and as described in the item description.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Shipping

I do not accept returns because of the nature of my products. If there are any problems with my products, please contact me before leaving a review so I can help you in the best way possible. I do not allow exchanges. Again, if you have a problem, please message me so we can work out what it is you need to be exchanged. You’re free to cancel an order 5 HOURS after your purchase time. If a cancellation is requested after this time frame, it’s unlikely that cancellation is possible. After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond my control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update, please refer to the tracking email.

Will you ship to a different address than what was used for the order?

No. For your protection and mine, I do not ship to an address not on the order's receipt. If your address is different or incorrect, I will cancel and refund the order. You may change the address through Etsy and reorder the item.

Originally ordered because I wanted to try angels will cry and then decided to get the sample set so I try some of the other scents too. Angels will cry is great and is the perfect mix of fruity and floral without the floral notes being too overbearing which is exactly what I was looking for. I just finished the sample bottle and will be getting a bigger size with the shimmer. I normally don’t go for musky scents but dark sacrament may have slightly changed my mind. I’m still a bit indecisive on how I feel about it but it’s definitely not a bad scent. Live deliciously is one that I unexpectedly loved. It’s buttery, popcorn with a little spice and would be perfect for fall/winter.

I didn't know where to begin with this shop's body oils so I asked the owner for assistance. She was extremely kind, very quick to respond, and took her time to help me find something that would work for me. Excellent customer service. 🩷 The body oils I purchased were Vampyre, Angels Will Cry, & Haunted Carousel. All 3 were incredibly long lasting on my skin, very moisturizing, and surprisingly got me quite a few compliments already. These smell so good and aren’t greasy! I ordered Vampyre, Spectral Whispers and Ghost Milk & Petals. My favorite is Vampyre with Ghost Milk as my second fav! Ghost Milk & Petals is like a creamy rose. Spectral Whispers is good too, but you can definitely smell the smokiness and it isn’t as gourmand as you would think but it’s still so mysterious and sweet. Seller is so amazing and answered all my questions! Def a repurchase soon :)
