How are the posters packaged for shipping?

Prints are carefully shipped in either mailers or tubes, depending on size. Smaller sizes ship flat with protective sleeves; larger prints are rolled and tubed to prevent creasing.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we’re unable to accept returns. To qualify for a refund: Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and free from damage. They must be packed in the original packaging, or in protective materials that keep the artwork safe during transport. 📍 Important: Even though your order may be shipped from fulfillment centers in the US and EU, all returns must be sent to our main studio in Romania, where they can be inspected and processed properly.

Who Covers the Return Shipping?

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using sturdy packaging and tracked shipping, since we cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
