Can I cancel my order the day it's scheduled to be shipped?

No, since we work with production partners, we aren't able to cancel orders the day they are scheduled to be sent it. You can only cancel your order 24-48hrs upon making a purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Unfortunately, currently, we don't add gift notes along with packages. However, we are currently working on it to add that to our option. For now, we only have "mark as gift" which means we will not put in the receipt but not "gift message"

Unfortunately due to COVID, we are unable to exchange. However, still feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best work on how we can go about the exchange!
