When will I receive my order?

Etsy never sends files directly to your email address. Instead, the digital pattern is available for instant download in your Etsy account. Note that the Etsy mobile app doesn't support downloads. Always use a web browser. Direct link: www.etsy.com/your/orders/ORDERNUMBER/downloads 1) Use a web browser (not the mobile app) 2) Log in to your Etsy account and click your profile icon in the top right corner 3) Go to Purchases and Reviews 4) Download the ZIP file and save it to your computer 5) Right-click the file to unzip it 6) Open the subfolders to find all pattern files inside: -Instructions.pdf -HomePrinter.pdf -A0.pdf Smartphones often only open the first PDF in a ZIP file and ignore the rest. Use a PC to view and access all PDFs.

I'm using an Apple ID, and Etsy says I don't have access / permission ('uh oh...')

1) Log in to the Etsy app using your Apple ID. In the app, go to Settings (at the top), and note the email address associated with your Apple account. It will look something like xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com. 2) Open your browser and go to Etsy’s website. Enter the xxx@privaterelay.appleid.com email address as the login email. Continue and choose the option to receive a login link via email. 3) Before opening the login email, delete the Etsy app from your device. This prevents the link from opening in the app (which causes issues). 4) Open the email and use the link to log in to Etsy through the browser. Once logged in through the browser, you should be able to access and download your digital files.

Sizing (Compare Before Buying!)

There is no global sizing standard. Each brand defines its own sizes, so labels like M, L, 38, or 50 are not reliable. You must know your body measurements. Use a measuring tape to measure yourself and compare your measurements with the body measurement table in the listing images. For tops, focus on chest (C). For pants, focus on hip (H). Ignore the garment measurement table unless you have a similar item at home to compare. Garment measurements show only half the width from side to side. Woven garments must be wider than the body. Example for chest: 60 cm x 2 = 120 cm (100 cm body + 20 cm ease) 24" x 2 = 48" (40" body + 8" ease)

Each "HomePrinter.PDF" is suitable for both US Letter & DIN A4 The actual pattern begins on page 2 Use a PC or Mac with a PDF reader (not a smartphone, not an app, not a browser) Set the printer to 100% scale. Never 'fit to page' Turn off 'borderless printing' Eliminate any settings preventing a 100% scale Each page has a frame with 10½ x 7¾ " or 26.7 x 19.7 cm Make sure each page has this frame printed with these dimensions If any of the 4 edges is missing, adjust your printer settings. Use the big A0.PDF for copy shops or projectors. The frame dimensions are written in the upper left corner of the page Ask your printing service to measure the frame before sending it to you.

Fabric consumption, Videos, Instructions, Language

The yardage can be found in the listing's picture section under tools / supplies /materials. Always buy more fabric than the minimum requirement to account for variations or potential re-cutting. Avoid focusing on minor differences between sizes and ensure you have sufficient fabric for the project. Videos are available for a few patterns but most patterns have detailed step by step workmanship illustrations in the instructions document. All sewing patterns are available in English only.

Do you offer customized patterns? I need format 'xyz'...

I am not available for custom pattern work and I will not reply to any job offers. If you have a specific style in mind that you'd like to see in my shop, feel free to message me. I’m always working on new patterns and have a list of upcoming styles, so I’m open to suggestions and inspiration. All patterns are available as digital PDFs only. I do not offer DXF, PLT, Illustrator, 3D files or paper patterns.

Do you have real life photos of a finished garment?

I do not sell finished garments. I use professional 3D simulations to show the exact proportions and details of each pattern. 3D has become the industry standard before production because it removes variables like individual body posture, fabric choice and lighting conditions, giving a neutral and accurate view of the fit and design. Fashion photography is very resource intensive and would slow down the pattern development without providing any useful information other than perfectly edited images. For unedited real world results, please check the customer review photos. My profession is pattern making, fit accuracy, construction, and workmanship, not photography or marketing. Each pattern is professionally drafted and tested.

Etsy will show an unremoveable pop-up window asking for a review. Sellers have no influence on that. If you didn’t have the time to check the pattern, please ignore that window until you’re actually able to say something about it. Don’t feel forced to write a review. If you face any issues please reach out to me directly with a message. I respond very quickly and I will solve every problem. This is only possible with message so you can describe the problem in detail and I can assist directly.

Can I use your designs to make profit?

Purchasing a pattern grants a personal, non-transferable license. Home sewists may sell finished garments made from my patterns, provided the pattern is not shared with any manufacturer or third party. All patterns, instructions, diagrams, and images are protected by copyright and remain my exclusive intellectual property. Any reproduction, modification, removal of watermarks, redistribution, resale, or digital sharing of the pattern, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution constitutes copyright infringement and will result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief under applicable international copyright laws.
