At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing chart included in the product images for each listing.

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Pebble & Birch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information if needed.
