How are your designs applied to clothing?

All of our clothing items use a high-quality printing process called Direct To Garment (DTG). This method prints ink directly onto the fabric, creating vibrant, long-lasting designs that hold up beautifully through washing and wear.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! I love creating unique, nature-inspired designs. If you have an idea in mind, send me a message through Etsy, and I’ll do my best to bring it to life. Additionally, if you see a design in my shop that you’d like on a different product or in a different placement (front or back), just let me know—I’m happy to customize it for you!

Can I get a design on a different item (e.g., a hoodie design on a t-shirt or a pillow design on a tea towel)?

Absolutely! If you see a design you love but want it on a different product, send me a message, and I’ll set it up for you.

How should I wash my graphic tee or sweatshirt to keep it looking great?

To keep your nature-inspired gear looking fresh, follow these care tips: ✔ Wash inside out – This reduces friction on the design. ✔ Use cold water – Hot water can cause colors to fade faster. ✔ Avoid the dryer – Air drying is best for preserving the print. If needed, use low heat.

Can I cancel or adjust my order after purchase?

I accept cancellations or size changes within 1 hour of purchase. After that, orders go into production and can’t be changed, as each item is made to order to minimize waste and environmental impact.

What does “Print on Demand” mean?

Wild Nature Gifts operates on a Print on Demand (PoD) model. This means each item is made when you order it, rather than being mass-produced. This allows for less waste and ensures that every piece is made just for you!

Where do you print and ship from?

We primarily work with print partners in the United States, but depending on availability and location, some orders may be fulfilled by partners in other regions.

What if my order is lost or damaged in shipping?

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.

What is your return policy?

Because all items are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so I can assist you.
