When will my orderder ship?

I ship within 1-2 business days of your order placed (unless otherwise stated in our shops announcements). On holidays it can take more time.

When I will receive my order?

It will depend on the shipping method you selected. First Class Mail usually takes 3-5 days, and Priority Mail takes 2-3 days. Please add item processing time to this days. Please note during holidays or if there's any weather related issue it can take longer. I will always provide tracking information so you can check status on same Etsy page or direct on USPS web page.

What's your Shipping Policy?

All orders are shipped USPS first class or priority mail with tracking. **PLEASE make sure the address you leave at checkout is COMPLETE and CORRECT, as this is the address I will ship your order to. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to your error. ** Unfortunately, USPS does not 'guarantee' delivery time, except for Express service. While most orders take 2-4 days to arrive once shipped, there have been occasions when the shipping time is longer. We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost in transit. Please understand we have NO control over USPS service. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know BEFORE placing your order so i can add to it.

How do you pack the leather?

I pack the leather on a clear poly bag with a cardboard and ship on waterproof soft mailers. They are shipped flat, I DO NOT roll the leather. Priority mail orders ships on cardboard envelopes.

Do you accept custom print orders?

We do not accept custom prints orders. If you're looking for a solid color or glitter color and cant find it on our shop, please message me as most of the time i am capable to bring more colors.

Do you offer discounts?

Please check our shop announcement for latest offers and discounts. They change all the time. Also please follow us on instagram for special offers.

Do you accept retuns, exchanges or cancellations?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us within 2 days of tracking showing delivery if you have any issues with your order. If we send an incorrect item or there's an issue with our items we will take care of it. Cancellation requests are generally not honored as we begin processing orders immediately.

Can i add item to orders already placed?

We do not combine orders. Our process is lean and streamlined with all our shops including our direct web page. Due to current volume we can't offer this service.

Do you ship international?

We do not ship international on Etsy shop, but we ship worldwide on our web page www.craftyrificshop.com.
