How long does it take for products to ship?

All of our products are handmade to order and it takes 1-3 business days for orders to ship. After your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3-5 days for domestic delivery. International deliveries can take 10-14 business days to arrive.

What size are your rings?

All of our rings are made to be adjustable so that they can be fitted to each customer. Some rings do have the option of a knuckle ring or standard ring, however.

Will I have to pay any customs fees in my country?

All items are shipped from the United States and we do not have any way of knowing the amount of, or paying, customs fees in the receiving country for international orders. It is up to the customer to pay any handling fees and taxes that are levied by their local customs agency.

My order is a gift. Can you not include a receipt or invoice?

To reduce our waste, we try to package with reusable materials and do not include receipts or invoices unless they are asked for. If you would like to have an invoice, you can view and print your order directly from the Etsy Purchases page.

How to I care for my jewelry?

To ensure a lasting quality please remember to remove your jewelry before swimming or showering. If applying lotion or perfume allow it to dry before putting on jewelry. Take off jewelry before heading to the gym or running. When you aren't wearing your piece store it in a cool dry area. Lastly if your jewelry loses a bit of a shine, you can wipe it with a jewelry polishing cloth to help restore it.

Why has my international tracking not been updated?

In some cases, United States Postal Service tracking may not be updated after being passed on to the destination country. There are no updates while in customs and processing there can take several business days. If your tracking has not updated after going through customs, it will usually not be until it is ready to be delivered or received by your local post office.
