✦ We do not accept exchanges. Exchanges are only available at shop owners sole discretion. Exchanges on applicable items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. The product must be returned in unused original condition, if it is not we are unable to process a exchange. Buyer is obliged to pay the return shipping cost as well as any other costs or fees that arise from the return. Processing time for a new size to be created if we do not have it in stock is up to 3 weeks.

Custom, Duties, & Taxes

✦ Buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes when their order arrives in their country. They must cooperate with local customs to ensure the payment is made for the order to be delivered. We are not responsible for how long an item stays in customs for.

✦ We ship with USPS to US customers. General shipping time is about 2-6 days once shipped and after processing. Tracking will be provided. ✦ We cannot control shipping times, lost packages, or delays once we hand package off to USPS. If delays or issues arise with shipping, please reach out to USPS directly.

I needed a simple tunic pattern for a project and chose this one. The pattern itself is good, but the sleeves are made for people with the smallest arm circumference ever. I picked a size larger than what I usually am and the arms barely fit my arms, and I'm nowhere near muscular. The arm parts definitely needs to be reworked if you ever use this pattern.

So, I wanted to love this pattern, but it's was a little frustrating to use. Each size is it's own separate document, which if your only making one isn't a big deal. However, if you plan on making multiple sizes it's a huge paper waster. I didn't initially notice notions weren't included, per the description, so that's on me. Though it is frustrating that I have to manually measure it AFTER I cut the pattern out. I feel like it would be more effective to have different yard groups depending on the size range. I know I'm being a little nit picky, but when I *purchase* a pattern I expect there to be a bit more ground work than "figure it out yourself" essentially.
