Seller did not specify the file was transparent and that I would need to color in the background color of my choosing on my own. I asked her to please match the color like her listing for me since the file I downloaded was white. She responded and saud she had a busy weekend and wouldn’t have time to color it for me. It would take her long to add a background color for me but she instead refunded my money which I didn’t ask for. I just wanted what I paid for. Now I’m left to ask someone else to color it in for me since that’s what my customer was expecting. She has now changed her listing to say it’s transparent. I would never recommend this shop.

Yes, I did tell you that you could add any colour of your choosing to the background for free using Canva. I also told you that I assumed by writing the file types in the descriptions that people would know it is transparent. I apologized for assuming that, and told you I was going to update the listing to make it more clear for others- so it should not be surprising to you that I updated it. I was spending time with my family and chose to prioritize that over changing the background colour for you. I'm sorry that is disappointing to you and your customer. Canva is free and I promise with no knowledge at all about how to use the program, you would be able to add any coloured background of your choosing in less than 5 mins. I encourage you to still give it a go and have the file on me x
