Can I use your files for mass production, POD (Print-On-Demand), or automated embroidery businesses?

No. The standard license does not cover mass production or POD platforms. Please reach out for a commercial license if you're interested in those use cases.

Do you offer a commercial license for unlimited use?

Yes! I offer an Extended Commercial License that allows unlimited physical product sales for a single design. You can purchase it as an add-on or message me if you don’t see the listing.

I want a design made just for my brand. Will you sell it to anyone else?

I offer two options: 1. Custom Shared Design – I’ll digitize your idea and may list it in my shop for others to purchase. 2. Exclusive Custom Design – I create the design just for you and remove it from public sale. You’ll have exclusive rights to use it on your products. (Includes a custom license and pricing.) Let me know what you’re looking for and I’m happy to help!

Can I edit or resize the file to fit my hoop or machine?

Yes, you may resize slightly to fit your hoop size, but please note that significant editing or re-digitizing can compromise stitch quality. If you need help with adjustments, just ask!

Can I share your files with a friend, coworker, or Facebook group?

No. The files are for the original purchaser only. Please direct others to my shop so they can purchase their own licensed copy. Sharing files is a copyright violation.

How do I request exclusive rights to a design already in your shop?

Message me! If the design hasn’t already been licensed exclusively, I’m happy to discuss removing it from my shop and issuing you an exclusive license for your brand.

Do you offer bulk licensing or business bundles?

I love working with embroidery businesses! If you’re interested in licensing multiple designs or forming an ongoing partnership, send me a message and we can build a custom package.
