Why this review appears

All reviews are from verified buyers. This review is shown automatically based on factors like recency, whether it includes comments, your chosen language, and whether the rating reflects the typical experience with the shop.

“The item was fine but the shipping was a poor experience. The package came very smashed and the item was not wrapped in anything protective. Thankful the instrument was fine although the bag was ripped. No information was provided with the item about the shop or running, although she did provide a link to a video when asked. Also, customers should be aware that tariffs to the US will be applied to them upon delivery which is not noted anywhere in the shipping details. So beware of surprise charges ($16 on top of the item and shipping already paid for me)”
