Can I change my delivery address after I order?

PLEASE READ - REGARDING ADDRESS CHANGES! Please check your Etsy address for deliveries. We are not responsible for packages sent to your old address. If you request an address change, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order after you have updated your address. NO EXCEPTIONS.

When will my order ship?

All orders are custom made at the time of ordering. We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please do not ask us to ship by a certain date. We do not offer this. We process orders in the order they are received. If you need your order sooner, it is your responsibility to order with RUSH handling and pay for Priority Mail or Express shipping. We do not offer refunds due to you not receiving your order by a certain date.

Can you guarantee that my soaps will arrive in perfect condition?

All soap orders that leave our home inspected and verified to be in handmade perfect condition when we send it off. But despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that your soaps will arrive in perfect condition and are unable to issue refunds or replace products damaged by extreme temperatures. Please be sure that someone will be available to get the package when it's delivered.
