Custom and personalized orders

Custom requests are available for select resin items only. At this time, custom apparel and sticker designs are not offered.

Apparel items are printed on demand, so size exchanges aren't available. Please refer to the sizing chart included in each listing and feel free to message me with questions before ordering.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges aren't accepted. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please message me within 48 hours of delivery with photos (item, packaging, and shipping label), and I'll arrange a replacement or refund. Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order is submitted to production, it can't be changed or canceled.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Items are sent directly from my production partner, so custom gift wrapping isn't available. Orders may be marked as gifts at checkout, but printed gift messages can't be included.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free on apparel items only.

When will my order ship?

Stickers usually ship within 1-3 business days. Apparel typically ships within 2-5 business days. Resin items may take 3-7 business days depending on the piece. If the resin piece is already made then ships next business day. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
