How do I download the digital file that I purchased?

The Etsy app does not support downloads. Therefore, You will need to log in to your Etsy account using safari or google chrome to download. Digital files are available for immediate download right in your Etsy account. Simply log in, go to “Your Account” > “Purchases and Reviews,” and you’ll see a Download Files button next to your order. Please do not ask me to email you the file. Unfortunately, It is against Etsy's policy/Terms of Service for me to contact a customer outside of their platform. Therefore, I will NOT email you the file. I will reply to you with the directions listed above. You will need to download it from Etsy.

Can I request a custom design?

Yes, I can make custom edits! If you’d like a personalized design or bundle, send me a message with everything that you would like included— such as specific templates, photos, names, dates, etc. I offer the custom Canva templates for an additional fee.

Can I share or resell your templates?

No. These templates are for personal or business use only within your own brand. You cannot share, redistribute, or resell them in any form.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! Canva Pro users can resize templates to fit different dimensions using the “Resize” tool.

Can I edit everything in the template?

Most elements can be edited — including text, colors, and images. However, certain graphic elements may be locked or non-editable to preserve design quality.
