Do you offer customized orders?

At this time I only offer custom work in my personalized art prints section of my shop. I do however offer Custom pet portraits on my website cmcartillustrations.com . Please message me for availability and a consult if considering a custom order. Custom work requests are not guaranteed and are taken on a case by case basis.

Do you offer custom sizes for art prints?

I currently have the most requested sizes listed for art prints 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, however, if there is a larger size you are looking for you can message me for a special request. I am able to request special sizing from my art printer for larger giclee prints and can quote you on pricing.

Do you offer Wholesale on your products for businesses?

I do currently offer wholesaling on my Baby books only at this time. Orders for wholesale are processed on Faire for business owners looking to sell my items in their shops. Do you offer custom branding work for B+B or business logos?

I do take on custom work on a case by case basis. Feel free to reach out to check my availability either through Etsy message or my email christina@cmcartillustrations.com. My style is very specific and I do not wander from it often. Custom work is not guaranteed and will not be sold on the Etsy platform.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if your specific it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate you requests.

Do you send photos before you shop items?

The only items that are sent photo proofs are the specified Personalized Art Prints. You will be sent a photo proof through Etsy messaging prior to ordering your print.

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

At this time I do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. However, if an item is shipped uninsured (customer must pay or request insurance prior to shipping) and the item shows up damaged, I ask that the customer reach out to me within 48 hours of receiving their item. I will only process a refund minus the shipping cost if the customer is able to provide a photo or video of the damage occurred during shipping. If the Item is lost in the mail and has not arrived within 14 days of ordering, I will ship new product and consider it lost. If you have requested insurance on your item and you item is lost, stolen or damaged you can file a claim with USPS and they will send you a check for the amount owed. You must retain damaged packaging.

How long does it take to receive Fine Art Prints?

All orders will be processed same day. Most artwork is custom ordered from a fine art printer and takes anywhere from 5-7 business days. They will provide me with a UPS tracking number that I will provide for you when I complete your order. For smaller prints I usually keep inventory myself and am able to ship out even sooner. If a rush order is needed for a specific Item, please message me prior to your order so I can request that quote from my printer. You can also message me prior and see if I have in house inventory and expected ship times.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for any reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What if I damage my sticker while trying to peel it off the paper?

We understand this can happen. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to offer you 50% discount on product damaged by user error. Please send us photo proof of the damaged sticker.

Framed:
Framed prints are shipped ready to hang wrapped in clear plastic with protective corners in a cardboard box.
Unframed prints depending on size are shipped in protective wrapping in either a no bend cardboard mailer or a cardboard shipping tube.

Due to the personalized nature of this listing, I do not currently accept returns on products, however, if the product is delivered damaged please send me photos of the art print and the packaging it was delivered in and I will work on sending you a replacement.

Additionally, once an item is ordered and printing is started the order can not be canceled.

All print orders are processed same day and are made to order. Each order takes 5-7 business days to be delivered. In total I would expect your prints within 2 weeks of ordering.

Prints larger than 11x14 inches are shipped rolled in a no bend tube to avoid damage. Once framed prints will flatten out. Shipping flat increases the risk for creases and poor handling.
