My husband loves the hat. He apparently needs a S. I ve order from a another vendor. And the M was perfect. If I order the S how long would it take?
It has been 4 weeks since I placed my order. The products have not arrived. The seller blamed the USPS. I was led to believe the order had been resent. The tracking number is the same tracking number from the original order. How can that be if a replacement order was sent? I have no clue if a replacement order has been sent. Update: It got worse! After waiting for the hats for more than a month, they arrived. One had the crown deformed, creased and stretched, unable to be corrected. The other was not the size I ordered. The size tag had been cut out when it arrived, but it was very clear the hat was larger than the other -- much too large to fit my head.
My brother will love this Christmas gift.
The hat was carefully packed and sent immediately. It arrived in a timely manner. The hat was as described and pictured.
