All Canadian Packages are now sent off with Express Delivery and Tracking! For U.S Shipping please specify if you would like tracked/& or Express as it will require you to purchase a separate shipping profile. If no specifications are asked for then your order will be sent off by regular post without tracking *International customers are responsible for their country's postal & border laws. If your order is detained or kept at border- it is not within my responsibility to replace your order Daysela can no longer ship to Germany or Russia.

Please refrain from bringing vintage dolls outdoors. *All dolls are shipped wrapped and protected with bubble wrap/cardboard and/or foam. They are protected to the upmost standard for shipping. *Daysela is not responsible for any damage that may happen to package during the shipping process once it leaves my hands. *Everyone's experience with a haunted doll will be different. Daysela is not responsible for your experiences with your doll or lack of experiences. *Connect with your doll by use of Pendulums if your doll seems unresponsive. Layaway // Money Down // Reserved Items

Reserving an item is always possible. If it's for a day or two I can always reserve free of charge. If reservation needed is for a longer time frame- I may ask for half money down *which would be non refundable. The money down would then be deducted off of your bill at date of purchase. *Non Refundable meaning if you changed your mind about purchasing the reserved item- you would not get a reimbursement of your initial money down. (All DAYSELA items are one of a kind and by reserving an item- I also take a chance on my side that nobody else will be buying the item that is reserved for you. Which is why there are no refunds of money down for layaways.)

In very special circumstances- I will allow for a reimbursement if I have not already shipped out your order. If you order has not been prepared for shipment- you will receive a full refund. If your order has been prepared for shipment- a Re-Shelving Fee will be charged depending on the amount of product I needed to prepare your order. (Size, weight etc). Thank You
