How do I access the files?

It's very easy! After purchasing and confirming your payment, go to "Purchases and Reviews" then select "Download Files". This will then take you to the Downloads page with the files you ordered! I purchased the digital files on my phone. Why am I unable to download them?

Hi! If you are trying to download the files after purchasing on a mobile phone, you will have to instead login to your Etsy account on a laptop or computer to download the file(s). I have had a family friend purchase from my shop and they also ran into the same problem. If you are still having issues with downloading the file or do not have access to a computer, please message me with your confirmed purchase and I will gladly email them to you!

Will I receive the prints physically through mail?

No! Please note before purchasing that you are buying the file(s) containing the digital art. As a full-time college student at UGA, I am busy with school, my sorority, and my dance team, therefore I do not have much time to ship these prints through the mail! I do however want to share my work with those who are interested, so after purchasing you'll be immediately able to download the files to your laptop or computer (not a phone/tablet)!

What if I need the prints to be much bigger?

Not a problem! Just message me via Etsy and I will gladly help you out!

The prints were made with a 4:5 aspect ratio - I recommend that you print them on a scale of 4"x5", 8"x10", or 16"x20" at a professional print shop (Shutterfly, CVS, Walgreens, Office Depot...etc) for the best results!

PLEASE NOTE: this is an instant digital download purchase, therefore no item will be shipped to your home. With this purchase, you will be able to print these as many times as you would like in the comfort of your own home or at your local print shop!

ANOTHER NOTE: You are only able to download the files when you log into Etsy on a laptop or computer! Phones/Tablets do not have the option to download the files as I am not sure why.
