Custom and personalized orders

All my orders are made on demand, I do not hold any stock. Whilst I have a no refund policy as most Etsy sellers are conforming to now, my biggest interest is in the happiness of my customers. I will not accept a refund if you just changed your mind and I had it made, but I will certainly be open to a discussion with a customer if they are unhappy with anything at all, and will come to a resolution to satisfy us both.

When will I get my product? What is the mailing time?

I get my blanks from different suppliers and depending on the method and product I don't have a storewide process and handling time. it is by product. So when you look at the listing, Etsy will take into calculation a profile I have set up from that supplier that I link to them and they provide an estimated timeline for you to recieve it. As soon as the order goes out, you will recieve a tracking number. My best recommendation is to go to USPS, put in the city the listing is shipping from (it's listed too under where you check out) and your city to get an estimated shipping time. I can't provide a link because Etsy doesn't allow us to use external links, but there are several options when you Google.
