✨ Do you offer personalization?

Yes! Many of my items can be personalized with names, dates, colors, or messages. Please include your custom details in the personalization box when you order. For banners, Tshirts and some other products, you’ll receive a design proof to approve before production.

✨ How does the design proof work?

Once you order a personalized item like a banner or custom T-shirt, I’ll send you a digital proof via Etsy messages within 24 hours. Please review and approve it within 15 hours so your order stays on schedule! If I don’t hear back, I’ll move forward with the last version sent. Once production starts, I can’t make changes.

✨ Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes! Our robes and outfits are available in XS–4XL so every bride or bridesmaid feels beautiful and comfortable. Please double-check the size chart in the listing photos. If you’re unsure, message me — I’m happy to help with measurements!

✨ What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please review your sizing carefully before ordering. For robes, nightdresses, and similar apparel, I do accept size exchanges if the item is unused and in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. For personalized clothing and lingerie, exchanges are not available due to hygiene and custom details.

✨ Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most of my items are made-to-order and personalized, I do not accept returns. For lingerie, accessories, and some decor, all sales are final for safety and hygiene. However — if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with personalization, please send me a message with clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll always make it right by replacing or refunding when needed!

✨ How does delivery work for large orders?

For bigger gift sets, bridal party bundles, or bulk robe orders, shipping costs may be slightly higher due to package weight and size. I always pack carefully and combine items whenever possible to keep shipping costs reasonable. Tracking info will be sent once your order ships!

✨ When will my order ship?

Most items ship within 7-10 business days. Custom or large orders may take a bit longer — I’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Standard shipping usually arrives in 2–5 business days depending on your location. Please allow extra time during busy seasons or holidays.

✨ Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! Almost every product you see in my shop — from bridal robes and nightdresses to photo booth props, banners, candles, and gift sets — can be ordered at a wholesale price for larger events or group gifts. My wholesale pricing usually starts at a 10 order quantity, depending on the item. If you’d like to order robes for your full bridal party, hangers for multiple bridesmaids, or bulk photo props for a large bachelorette weekend, just send me a personal message here on Etsy. You can also leave a note in the personalization box when you place your order, and I’ll reach out to you with custom bundle options and special pricing.

I was so pleased with the pearl capes. I was originally deciding between two colors, so I ordered both planning to return one, but I loved them so much, I’m keeping both! They are very well made and so pretty. This seller was so kind and helpful. She was prompt in responding to messages and helpful in decision making. A note to people ordering the blue: once you open up the cape from the net bag and spread it out, it looks less baby blue. I loved this because it means I can wear it other shades of blue.
