What if my item arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please message us within 14 days of your order with a photo of the damage and we will gladly reship a new one.

There is no expedited shipping available at this time. Every item is made to order - we use a professional manufacturer that makes and ships all our products. Please allow 3-7 business days for production + shipping days. Please check your address is correct - we are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses provided by buyers. International shipping can take 10-30 days. Please note we can only see the same tracking updates as you can. Multiple items in an order may ship separately. Delivery dates not guaranteed since we do not have control of the mail carrier. Please order well ahead of time if you need an item by a certain date. We will not refund for delayed shipments or if item(s) do not arrive by desired date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are always happy to provide you with a shipping update on your order, but can only see the same tracking information you can. We recommend contacting your local carrier with your tracking number if you need an exact package location. We are not responsible for stolen packages - please provide a safe and secure location for delivery. If tracking shows the package was delivered but you do not have it in your possession, you will need to contact your local post office.

Cancellations/Modification to Orders

In order to operate sustainably, all items are made-to-order just for you! Therefore, cancellations or changes to orders can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Your order may be too far into production after 24 hours so we cannot guaranteed cancellations or changes after that. Thank you for understanding!

I made my order 6/9/26, processing time was within the expected window that the seller noted in her comment (3-7), shipped out by 6/12 and arrived 6/16!! The item is absolutely amazing, I underestimated the quality of it, and stuck it to my freezer to test it out and BOY did it hold. Font is bold and very eye catching with the high contrasting color and was bigger than I expected even with the sizing visible in the listing. It was packaged securely in a thick cardboard envelope and a plastic sleeve, which made me worry about bending, but the item arrived without damage!! 10/10 recommend ✨ I know what magnet I'll be buying next from this seller!
