• Standard processing: 3–5 business days
• You may cancel your order within 2 hours. After that, if production has started, only the shipping fee can be refunded.

For custom artwork, we’ll send you a design preview for approval before starting production.

🔁 Cancellations, Exchanges & Returns

Cancellations: Accepted within 2 hours of purchase. After that, only shipping costs are refundable.

Exchanges: Not accepted due to the personalized nature of each item.

Returns: Accepted if you contact us within 2 days of delivery and return the item within 21 days, unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is to our Vietnam address.
Refunds are issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
