Each card design is printed on a 300gsm white, silky-smooth card and is provided with a coordinating brown kraft envelope.

PERSONALISATION:

Please remember to leave all your personalisation details in the box provided when placing your order. This may include names, ages, special messages, or any other wording you'd like included on your card.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before submitting your order, as your card will be made using the information you provide.

If no personalisation details are required, simply leave the box blank. If you have any special requests, please include them in the personalisation box and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

INSIDE THE CARD:

All our cards are left blank inside, giving you the freedom to write your own heartfelt message by hand.

If you’d prefer a message printed inside, for a small additional cost, you can upgrade your card to include a printed message, making it extra special and ready to gift.

Simply select the printed message option (if available) and leave your chosen wording in the personalisation box when placing your order.

POSTAGE INFORMATION:

2nd Class Postage

All orders are sent using 2nd Class postage (free delivery) as an affordable and convenient way to send your personalised greetings card. Your card will be carefully packaged and dispatched Monday to Friday.

Please note: 2nd class post can sometimes take up to 10 working days to arrive and isn’t delivered on weekends. Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during busy periods and around holidays.

Please note: Delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed, so delivery may take longer than the estimated dates provided with your order. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail.

Upgrade to 1st Class Postage

Need your personalised greetings card to arrive a little sooner? Upgrade to 1st Class postage at checkout for a faster delivery option. Perfect for last-minute gifts, special occasions, or when you want to send your heartfelt message without delay. Postage upgrades are an additional cost.

PACKAGING:

Every card is carefully packaged in a cello bag and boarded envelope to help ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. Your card will be protected during transit, ready for you to give to someone special.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

All designs have been lovingly hand drawn and created by ElfinDesignsUK. As illustrators and designers of over 15 years, we pride ourselves in knowing all our artwork has been created by us, making our products unique and distinctive to other shops and sellers.

If you would like to make a change to your order, we ask that you do this within 2 hours of placing the order. Our reason for this is because most of our designs are personalised, so once they are made and printed, they cannot be used for another customer.

Terms & Conditions:

Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. As our orders are processed quickly, we may have already begun production and printed your item. Since most of our products are personalised, they cannot be resold or reused, which is why cancellation requests must be made within this timeframe.

Refunds will only be offered if:
1. Your item arrives damaged during transit;
2. The wrong item has been sent in error
3. A printing or production mistake has occurred.
4. 10 working days have passed since the date of postage (*please see below for more info on this).

If a return is required, the buyer is responsible for any return postage costs unless the return is due to our error. Returns are not accepted on personalised items.

*For orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class, refunds for non-delivery will only be considered after 10 working days have passed from the date of postage. This is because Royal Mail does not classify an item as lost until 10 working days have elapsed.
