What customs value do you usually or always declare in your shipping label for buyer Duty Fees and Import Taxes of their country?

We declare the actual value of the product in our shipping label to make sure the buyers are able to import the purchased goods to their countries by legal means, paying duty fees and customs taxes to their government, if or when required. In cases when ETSY collects the Tax amount from the buyer, we use the provided IOSS number and the mentioned declared amount by ETSY in our shipping labels, to make sure the buyer won't be charged VAT twice. For goods shipped from Nepal, all customs value declared are according to the customs import and export laws of the Government of Nepal. All law abiding citizen pay duty fees and customs import taxes to their government, when importing purchased goods from other countries. Thank you.

From where are our products being shipped?

Most in-stock orders are shipped from the UK and are provided with a valid tracking number. For items that are out of stock, custom-made, or made to order, your order may be shipped directly from Nepal or Australia, depending on the product and availability. These locations are where our production partners are based. For certain international orders shipped from Nepal, the carrier may require the buyer's contact telephone number for customs clearance or delivery purposes. If this is required, we will contact you through Etsy Messages. Thank you.

What is your refund policy for returns?

The seller's shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
