- Sample size is 8×8 inches by default, but may vary depending on the original design’s proportions. For example, elongated designs may have samples around 6×11 inches

## Measuring & Custom Sizing

- Measure each glass section individually (width × height in inches).
- If you have two or more windows that are side by side or stacked one above another, measure each section separately, even if they appear identical.
- We do not accept claims related to incorrect measurements provided by the buyer.
- Select the correct size range based on total square inches.
- Films are cut to your exact measurements.

## Important Notes About Appearance

- This is a printed window film with a flat print — it is not real stained glass and does not have reflective or textured finishes.
- The film is light-diffusing, meaning its true colors appear only when applied to glass and sunlight passes through.
- The film may appear darker before installation or when viewed indoors without sufficient light.
- For the most accurate color and brightness, it must be installed directly on a window exposed to natural light.
- Color perception can vary depending on your monitor, room lighting, and window location.

We always recommend ordering a sample first to evaluate colors and print quality in your own lighting conditions.

- Non-standard shapes are extended proportionally — the design is always preserved and extended where needed, but small adjustments may be made to fit your window, which can include minor cropping or stretching.

Overall I like it and would recommend it - good color and heavy duty film. The cuts didn't seem to be entirely even and there are spots that seem more like issues with printing or ink sticking rather than design choices. Those are the only things holding me back from 5 stars.

This is just unreal!! This is my second order from this seller. We messaged the seller and ask for little changes (we’d seen the northern lights on a fjord so we wanted water). She was so helpful! We added this to our guest bathroom to add privacy and whimsy! I am in love!!
