A: Yes, I design all my own content. Some design elements are ready made and incorporated into my designs.

Q: Do you print your own shirts?

A: I design all content but use print supplier to print all my shirts and other merchandise.

Q: What type of printing is used on your T-shirt

A: Direct to Garment (DGT) is used in all my T-shirt designs at 1200 DPI, using cutting-edge Innobella inks. Innobella Textile inks are water-based pigment inks that are Okeo-Tex, Eco-Pass certified and CPSIA-compliant. You can be confident that their print has high durability and washability because Innobella Textile inks have scored 4.0 or higher on the AATCC wash test.

Q: Do your shirts shrink when washed?

A: I offer two different types of shirt material.: Type 1 is 100% cotton which is subject to shrinking. Type 2 is a Cotton Polyester Blend which is more resistant from shrinking.

Q: What is the recommended washing instructions?

A: It is recommended that all shirts be washed inside out and on Cold water. If you are concerned of garments shrinking dry on low heat or no heat for first couple of washes.

Q: What is your standard production time?

A: Standard production times from January to September is typically 1-2 business days. Peak season October to December can see extended production time of 3-5 days. Please see shop announcements for any additional delays to production times.

Q: What is your standard shipping time, and do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Standard shipping is USPS and averages 5-7 business days after the item is picked up from print supplier during non-peak season. During peak holiday season shipping delays can be expected and times can not be guaranteed. Expedited shipping is currently not offered in my shop however if you have a special request, please contact me through the contact seller link to see if exceptions can be made on a specific order. **Please also reference the shop announcements for any additional updates regarding shipping and production times.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Shipping rates are constantly fluctuating so at this time, I do not offer free shipping on orders below $35. All orders over $35 will receive free shipping.

Q: Do you accept returns or refunds?

A: No, All items are custom printed and cannot be returned or refunded. ***If there is an issue with the physical printed product other than fit or wrong sized ordered including things such as but not limited to (Wrong design delivered, ink blotches that are not part of the design), please notify me so I can work with my print supplier to identify the problem and identify if order of same item size and style should be reprinted. Please note that I hold a very high standard on my designs and print quality however I can only provide a reprint if the item is an error from my print supplier.

A: Yes, However shipping rates can vary on items ordered out side the US and Shipping times can be extended beyond standard shipping times.
