Are frames included with wall-art purchases?

No. Our physical wall-art listings include the printed artwork only and arrive unframed unless a listing specifically states otherwise. Frames and room décor shown in listing images are for display and styling purposes.

Are your physical prints made to order?

Yes. Each physical print is professionally produced after an order is placed. Because our products are made to order, a short production period is required before shipment.

When will my order ship?

Current production and estimated delivery dates are shown on each listing and during checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be added to your Etsy order. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery dates can occasionally change due to production delays, carrier conditions, holidays, or severe weather.

Will multiple items arrive together?

Not always. Products may be produced or packaged separately, even when they are purchased in the same Etsy order. You may receive more than one shipment or tracking number. If part of your order arrives before the rest, please review the tracking information for each item before becoming concerned.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact our shop as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We may be able to update it before production or shipment begins, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact our shop through Etsy and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with our production partner to determine the appropriate solution. Please do not discard damaged packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Because physical products are made specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing mistakes, or accidental purchases. Cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Please contact us immediately, although a cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production. Orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be reviewed separately.

Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

We are not accepting custom or personalized design requests at this time. We truly appreciate your interest and are honored that you considered our shop for your project.

Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on my screen?

Colors can vary slightly between screens and the finished printed product due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, printing methods, and paper. We carefully prepare each design for printing, but minor color variation is normal.

How do I select the correct print size?

Please choose your preferred size from the listing options before adding the item to your cart. Frames and mats can vary between manufacturers, so we recommend confirming the exact opening dimensions of your frame before ordering. The artwork will be formatted for the selected print size, but minor cropping differences may occur between different proportions.
