The only I didn't give a full 5 star is that mine ran large. The lederhosen is supposed to sit a little higher and I measured that on my body and it was 38" (a little below the belly button). I ordered a 38, but it measured closer to 42" when it arrived. I love everything else about it, but I recommend sizing down to get a better fit by approximately 4".
