❔ If I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

In case there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Providing a clear description and attaching images would be helpful.

👕 Which size should I order? You can find the size chart for each product in the listing. Unfortunately, we cannot suggest a specific size for you. Our unisex sizes (relaxed fit) are true to size, so please refer to the chart before making a selection.

🚛How can I expedite my order? To have your order processed more quickly, choose the Priority or Express shipping option during checkout. This ensures your order will be shipped without delay.

👉What brands do you use for the t-shirts? We primarily use Gildan for our products, but we also offer Bella Canvas and Comfort Colors® brands. Gildan products are made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Comfort Colors® products are made of 100% ring-spun cotton. Rabbit Skin T-Shirts are made of 100% cotton; Rabbit Skin Sweatshirts are made of 60/40 cotton/polyester.

👕👕Can I pleace a bulk order?

We accept bulk orders and feel free to contact us to get special extra discount for your bulk orders.

✨ Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We cannot accept returns since all our items are made to order, except if there’s an error on the customer’s part. Exchanges are available if the product is damaged or defective.

👀What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or returned?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, we are not liable for the return

🙌 What type of printing method is used?

We use the DTF (Direct to Film) printing method for all of our designs.

🚚 When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day after they are placed. Please note that there may be delays during peak periods like holidays, so we ask for your understanding in those cases.
