When Can I Expect My Order To Ship

Orders typically ship in less than 5 business days (Holiday season could add a business day or two). All items are shipped in a prompt manner and with the utmost of care via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Tracking is included with each order. I will let you know if there will be an expected delay as soon as I am aware. If you experience any issues at all with your delivered print you can reach out to me and I will work to remedy the situation promptly. Your peace of mind surrounding your purchased print is a top priority.

If your order arrives damaged, please let me know right away. Please save the shipping box. Send me relevant photos of the damage. I will replace the damaged item as soon as possible at no cost.

If you need a different size than those listed, please ask me. I can often accommodate such requests, although the cropping will likely change somewhat.

What Is Your Printing Process?

My prints are produced on professional printers using archival inks that will last up to 75 years.

Can I Get A Particular Image In Black & White, Or Sepia?

Yes, most of my photographs are available in black and white and sepia upon request for no additional charge. Simply contact me for details.

Do Watermarks Or Logos Show Up On The Final Print?

No. No watermarks or logos will be shown on purchased prints. Watermarks and logos are for display and copyright purposes only.

Why Do Some Display Images Look Blurry Or Pixelated In The Listing?

Images shown in each listing are only to give an approximation of the final high quality print you will receive when you order one of my pieces of photographic artwork. Etsy has file size limits which limit the quality of image that can be displayed in each listing and are only to give an idea of what the final piece will look like. Rest assured that the final print will be beautiful! Just take a few moments to read through the many 5 star reviews of my work to get an idea of the overall quality of my photographic prints.
