1. Order processing time
The time required to prepare the goods for shipment depends on a number of factors. More information is in the product description. Products under the order are discussed and processed in each case individually.

2. Production under the order is made on 100% prepayment. Terms of production of products under the order are discussed individually.

3. Product packaging.
In order to preserve the goods during transportation, they are packed tightly and tightly in cardboard boxes. If you need gift wrapping, please let me know. It is also possible to supplement the order with a gift card.

4. Sending and delivery of the order
Finished products are shipped by DHL within 2 business days. At the request of the buyer, it is possible to add shipping insurance. Express delivery available (please let me know). In this case, the goods are sent within one working day after payment for the order. The cost of express delivery is negotiated separately.
When purchasing multiple items, shipping costs will be recalculated.
For purchases over 100 euros, shipping is free. This does not include insurance and express shipping.
If the delivery address differs from the customer's address, please indicate this address immediately when ordering.
Immediately after sending the goods, the buyer is sent the number of the postal item to track the parcel.
Delivery time is determined by the carrier company. For my part, I guarantee the dispatch of the goods on time. But I cannot regulate the work of the customs service and unforeseen events that our life is so rich in now (epidemics, strikes and other unforeseen situations).

5. Customs fees and duties.
The buyer pays all customs fees and duties. The seller is not responsible for the delay in delivery due to customs.

6. Taxes and fees
All taxes and customs fees arising from the purchase of my goods are paid by the buyer.

7. CANCELLATION
We start work on your order as soon as you place an order, making all needed preparations, ordering fabric and accessories that will be used. For this reason, we don't accept cancellations and ask you to be attentive and make an order responsibly.

8. Return and exchange policy
The buyer has 14 days to return the item, but must notify me of the return 1 day after receiving the item. It is not possible to return goods made to order, personalized and earrings (for hygiene reasons). Items are accepted for return in their original condition, without damage or signs of wear.
Due to new EU regulations, all incoming packages, including those returned, are now subject to VAT and import taxes. This results in significant costs.
Therefore, in case of return of goods, delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer, the amount of commissions and taxes is also withheld in full. In the case of returning an item for which there was free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted.

Each product is checked for quality and completeness before shipment. I will work diligently to ensure that my customers have a positive shopping experience and not be tempted or tempted to return any of my items. All my products are made by hand, almost always in one copy and with love. It's hard to get back the love you've received.
