What is your current lead time?

Our lead times varies. We typically keep turnaround time around 2 weeks. We have some “faster” ship items that ship within 5 days. Birthday boards and door hangers will ship depending on date needed by the customer. We do keep open slots for those last minute needed signs 😊 just message us to make sure we can deliver by your date needed.

Can I cancel and order?

As of 2021, we are not accepting cancellations of any kind.

What if my order arrives damaged, late or lost in the mail?

We hate when mistakes happen or something arrives damaged, but we happily want to make it right for you, so please reach out to us (BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW, OR OPENING A CASE) That way we can promptly handle any issues or mistakes, and ensure you are very satisfied with your order and the resolution to your problem. Damaged packages will be replaced immediately. Any mistakes on our part (i.e. misspellings, wrong colors or designs) will be replaced immediately. We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or late packages, BUT we can work with you and usps to get this resolved. Usps is (usually) pretty good about handling this.
