Can I custom tag sizes?

Most of our terms can be customized sizes with minimum orders. Depends on the different cardboard, the minimum order is from 500 pcs to 3000 pcs. Please contact us by Etsy message if there is any question, we will get back to you within 24 hrs. Thanks :)

How can I place a custom order?

1. Click the item listing. 2. Choose the logo processing if applicable. 3. Choose quantity to check out. 4. Upload your logo/design by Etsy message or Email to: GardenJuly@outlook.com 5. Logo/Design in . ai format will be preferable. 6. We will send you a proof/preview for your confirmation when got your order and logo. 7. Please get back to revise or confirm the proof. 8. We'll proceed to production with your approval. 9. Production time is about 7-14 days after proof confirmation. 10. Standard shipping time is 10-20 days after shipping depending on the destination. Or upgrade to expedited shipping by FedEx/UPS, Shipping time is 3-7 days. Please contact us by Etsy message before placing order if there is any question, Thank :)

What is the best file format to send?

Logo/design in .ai is the best format. .jpg /.png /.eps / .svg /.pdf is acceptable. We will mock up the preview with the files you provided.

Can I pay with my card? Or is it just PayPal?

You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how: Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

Are there any tariff to get packages into the United States?

We provide standard shipping and Express shipping to United States. Standard shipping is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping: The tariff costs are included in the checkout price, so you won't have any surprise fees at delivery. Standards shipping time is 10-15 days on average after shipping. Express shipping is DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping: You'd be responsible for paying tariffs directly to the carrier when your package arrives, shipping time is 3-5 business days after shipping. Standard shipping is automatically selected when placing order.
