1. Can I personalize my item with a name or phrase?

Certainly! We believe every piece should tell a story — yours. Leave the name or message you’d like, and we’ll take care of the rest.

2. Can I add a gift note?

Yes, and we’d be happy to! Leave your message at checkout — we’ll print it and tuck it inside the package.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping?

We sure do. If you’d like your item wrapped, just select the gift wrapping option when checking out. We’ll make it special — the kind of package you can’t wait to open.

4. Where do your items ship from?

All our items are shipped straight from our workshop in Ukraine — a long way, but worth the wait.

5. How long does it take to make my order?

We usually craft and prepare each item within 2–3 business days. Art takes time, but we don’t keep you waiting too long.

6. How long will shipping to the U.S. take?

Typically, 10 to 14 business days — though postal services may sometimes surprise us (both ways!).

7. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — we’ll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey across the miles. 8. What if something arrives damaged? If your item arrives with a bump or bruise from its journey, please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours. We’ll gladly send a replacement — no extra cost.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our items are made just for you, we don’t accept returns. But if there’s any issue with your order — we promise to fix it. 10. What kind of payments do you take? All payments go through Etsy’s secure system. You can use your card, PayPal, or any other method they offer.

The stand works fine and the customization is perfect. My only critique is I think a better quality of material could have been used.

Response from Helen

Thanks for the honest feedback, Tedra! Glad the stand works well and the personalization is spot on. We appreciate your thoughts on the material, too.
