Do you ship internationally?

Yes, HILLS Essentials offers worldwide shipping from the Netherlands and Spain, depending on product availability. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped with tracking. Insured shipping is available for our fragile sound instruments. For US orders, applicable import duties and fees are included in our DDP shipping arrangements. Delivery times vary by destination.

How do you package fragile crystal singing bowls?

Every HILLS Essentials order is carefully packed to protect your sound instruments during transit. Our crystal singing bowl sets include protective carrying bags and are securely cushioned inside sturdy shipping boxes. We take extra care when preparing international shipments to help ensure your instruments arrive safely.

Is my shipment shipment insured?

We arrange tracked shipping and appropriate transit insurance for our fragile sound instruments. Shipping methods and coverage may vary by destination and product. Please contact us if you would like confirmation of the insurance coverage for your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Your order is packed with care, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us through Etsy as soon as possible. Include clear photographs of the item, the outer packaging and the protective materials. Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved. We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with Etsy policies and applicable consumer rights.

What is your return policy?

We want you to feel confident purchasing from HILLS Essentials. Returns are handled according to the return policy shown on the individual listing and applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us before returning an item. Crystal singing bowls must be carefully repackaged to protect them during transport. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs may be the buyer’s responsibility where permitted by law. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.

What happens if a return arrives damaged?

Crystal singing bowls are delicate instruments and require careful packaging during return shipping. We recommend reusing the original protective materials and choosing a tracked, insured shipping service. If an item is damaged during return transit, we will assess the circumstances in accordance with Etsy policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

How do I care for my singing bowls?

To keep your crystal singing bowls in excellent condition: * Always place each bowl on its protective silicone ring. * Play gently using the appropriate mallet or striker. * Clean with a soft, dry cloth. * Avoid sudden temperature changes and excessive moisture. * Store and transport each bowl securely to prevent contact with other instruments. With proper care, your bowls can be enjoyed for years to come.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees depend on the destination and shipping arrangements. For US deliveries, we aim to provide a clear checkout price that includes applicable import duties and fees. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about customs or international shipping.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

We welcome enquiries from yoga studios, wellness centres, retreat hosts, sound bath facilitators and hospitality businesses. For multiple sets, professional purchases or potential collaborations, please contact us through Etsy with your requirements. We will be happy to discuss available collections and personalised quotations.

Where are your instruments made?

HILLS Essentials is a Dutch-based brand inspired by Ibiza. Our instruments are sourced from specialist suppliers and selected for their sound, appearance and suitability for personal or professional use. The manufacturing origin and materials may vary by collection. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific details.
