THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:

Submit Names, ages and messages

► PHOTOS - Send it to: myheroathome [!at] gmail.com or attach it in a conversation to me. One photo per child.
The quality of prints are only as good as the photo you send in. Choose your favorite photos (I’ll let you know if the quality isn’t good). After design is delivered it will an extra fee of US$ 5.00 if you want to change the photo of your child.

► FILES - Once the order is ready, files will be available to download with an Etsy link and also send to your email. I'll send a notification to let you know is ready.
Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. I try my best to send the custom designs as good as possible the first time, but if you think there is a need for a change it could be considered the one revision. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

► ANY CUSTOM SIZE (other than the dimensions shown under the item details) must be requested AT THE TIME of order placement under notes to seller at check out. Files may not be re-sized after your initial order has been sent to you. If size change is required later there will be an extra fee of US$ 5.00

► PRINTING
You can print them at home or send the file to any online printing company, you can print as many as you need.

Labels (water, juice pouches, gable box) : sticker glossy paper or regular photo paper and glue it.

Chip bags: works great in the lightest glossy paper (30lb), it’s easier for the wrapping.

►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.

► You will receive your files usually in the next 24 hrs - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

PLEASE NOTE
► Due to different printer quality and monitor calibrations, colors may vary slightly.
► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

(*) IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to know that copyright restrictions on the characters and/or logos only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties and personal events. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you are printing from a photo lab and have issues with them refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself.
I recommend checking if you had a specific vendor in mind. Below is a listing provided by feedback received from some clients that may help you in finding locations to print them at.
► walgreens.com, cvs.com, vistaprint.com, snapfish.com, Target, Shutterfly, Sam's Club and some Costco and Kinko locations. Sometimes some of these will not print them: Staples, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Office Max, a few Costco and Kinko’s locations.
There will be no copyright release from me, so please make sure the printing company you'll be using doesn't need any or print them at home.
