Can I return a purchase?

Due to the nature of digital downloads I cannot accept returns. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing!

I downloaded my files but they are not working and giving me an error. What should I do?

Sometimes files can become corrupt during the download process! Just delete the files, go to your Purchases page from the Etsy homepage, and download the files again. If you are still experiencing a problem, please message me and I'll do my best to help you! :)

Can I sell the items I make with your files?

As long as you're selling PHYSICAL items, then absolutely! You are NOT allowed, however, to resell any parts of my files or repurpose them in any way to resell them digitally yourself. Please also see each listing for more info!

What size are the files? Can they be resized?

SVG files contain vector images, which can be resized to your liking! Just be wary when resizing multi layered files since these pieces generally need to fit together.

Are the SVG files compatable with all design software?

Unfortunately, I cannot say 100% yes! I've created these files with the sole intention of using them for my laser machine. However, most of my listings (unless stated otherwise), also include the PNG files from my original drawings, which can then be formatted to your liking. So please make sure to check your softwares requirements before purchasing!
