Custom and personalised orders

All of our prints are designed, printed and packaged by us in house. We are able to amend any prints upon request at no extra cost. Our aim is to provide you with the perfect product. Please message us if you have any requests.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We currently do not offer this service. This is something we hope to introduce in the coming year.

At present we only offer: • A3 sizing 11.7 x 16.5 inches • A4 sizing 8.3 x 11.7 inches • A5 sizing 5.8 x 8.3 inches • PDF Digital Files - Can be printed on any of the above sizes. However, this doesn't mean we can't accommodate special requests. Please message us today to discuss.

Do you offer framed prints?

Yes we do currently for our A4 sizing. These are available in our Size dropdown section. A3 and A5 frames are in the pipeline for 2026.

We ensure all of our US order are sent DDP paid so there are no surpise charges for you.

PERSONALISATION

PRODUCT INFORMATION
• Printed on 220 gsm photo printing paper
• We can customize or personalize any prints upon request!

MATERIAL
For all of our prints, we have a quality printing system that used premium inks to assure long-lasting and quality prints. We use a premium 220gsm White Photo Printing Card to create a beautifully sharp and clean finish to each and every print.

SHIPPING
We dispatch within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent via Royal Mail on a 2nd Class service, Delivery times are typically 3-5 working days. Please contact us if you require faster dispatch and delivery.

PACKAGING
To make sure your parcel arrives with you safely, we use a clear cello sleeve that sits in an A4 do not bend Envelopes. This means we can send your product to you with confidence that it will arrive safely. Should the worst happen and there is an issue, please see the Refunds and Returns section below.

REFUND POLICY
In the worst case that this is required. We will work closely with you to ensure we can leave you satisfied with both us here at Edie Pie Prints and your product. If required we will replace products as a priority or give a full refund if necessary. Please message us through our Etsy shop if this is to occur.
